Chase the dream, love the journey

It was hard to decide what I should write for my last post as a Run Little Monkey ambassador. So I decided to put together a collection of my favourite quotes that have inspired me this past year.

My ultimate favourite quote is from Rosie MacLennan, Canadian Olympic gold medallist: “Chase the dream, love the journey.” I was at an event where she said that and the quote really resonated with me. I think it’s so important to have a dream but also enjoy the journey of getting there. My current dream is to race all the World Majors and I’m so excited to have gotten into the 2020 Chicago Marathon which will be my first World Major.
